In fact I wanted everything to be perfect before launching, so I spent months planning and making sure everything was just right.

Here are some answers to common questions about your meetings…
Transportation
Also Fuel reimbursement only for local events. One (1) refundable airline ticket will be provided by the hiring business / association.
Transfer
Transportation to / from the airport and the occasion site should be reimbursed.
Accommodation
Hotel accommodations should be made at or near the event site for the evening before the gathering (2 nights if the meeting is late afternoon / evening or international). We would be happy to make arrangements, if needed.
Invoice
Elio will go out of his way to make sure that there are no issues. So You will get no surprises or exorbitant bills. He also knows that your reputation is on the line and he will be looking to make it even better.
